Ordering & Delivery

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available for your shipment, the email will include a tracking number and a link to track delivery. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Where do you ship and how much does shipping cost?

We ship only within the United States, and shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

How long does processing and delivery take?

Handling time: 1–2 business days.
Transit time: typically 4–7 business days within the United States.

Cut-off time: 3:00 PM (New York time / Eastern Time). Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

My order was marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Please try the following first:

  • Check your mailbox, front door, garage, and any safe-place delivery area.
  • Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
  • Wait a few hours—carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before the final drop-off.
  • Check tracking details (if available) for additional notes.

If it still hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, contact us at info@balancekickz.com with your order number so we can help investigate.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

If your package appears delayed, please check tracking (if available) and allow 1–2 additional business days for minor carrier delays.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at info@balancekickz.com with your order number and (for damage) clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution in line with our policies and applicable law.

I received the wrong item. What now?

We’re sorry about that. Please email info@balancekickz.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (including any labels)

We’ll review your request and arrange a suitable solution (such as a replacement or refund), as applicable.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (including tags and accessories).

To start a return, email us at info@balancekickz.com with your order number. We will send return instructions.

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service for your return shipment.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 7 days to your original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us at info@balancekickz.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. If an exchange is not available, you may request a return and refund (if eligible).

Are there any items that can’t be returned?

The following items are not eligible for return (unless required by law or due to our error):

  • Final sale items (if clearly marked at the time of purchase)
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by shipping
